Solvera recognizes the importance of adhering to PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and provincial variants of the Act, and manages all personal information in its trust in accordance with the guidelines and principles set out by the Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information.
What information do we collect?
Solvera does not collect any personal information through this website, with the exception of our Career portal.
Within our Career portal, Solvera restricts the collection of candidate information to essential information directly applicable to employment or subcontracting consideration, and shares this only with persons directly involved in the hiring process. This includes: candidate name, contact details, resume and work history, career and position interests, salary expectations, mobility, employment eligibility, background check information and referral points.
Background check information, including criminal and academic records, is done by a reputable, national third-party firm. Information access is restricted to Human Resources personnel and the Managing Principal, all of whom who are bound by strict confidentiality requirements.
